I feel like holidays are such a tough time for so many people. Here are some things that can help:
You are brilliant.

Smile. You deserve it.
Laugh louder and longer.
You can do anything you put your mind to.
The car is your own Madison Square Garden. Abuse it.
Everyday take note of one positive thing that happens. They add up quick!
It’s not a whole lot, but when I look at it I smile and I hope you do too.
